Although our equipment set-up is very flexible, based on our experience we recommend two options for the main ballroom set-up. The most optimal set-up is to have our PA / Lighting Set-up on either side of the main entrance. Also based on the main ballroom set-up; if you are not opting for a custom backdrop from a decor company, we recommend to have 4-6 uprights for the head table. For the outdoor ceremony, we can provide a separate set-up based on your audio requirements.
